'Administer the testicle clamps!'

I sketched this out some time ago to celebrate Italy's win over Germany in Euro '12. Italy did mention that Germany liked BDSM, so here is Germany enduring a little gag and (eventual) torture play. I might do a Spamano one, probably with Spain going all Inquisitive on our poor darling South because Italy did lose to Spain in the end. IT STILL MAKES SENSE DO YOU NOT SEE.

I shall draw something for the first person to guess where the title of this piece came from.
